The Wagner family from Minnesota visited Phoenix, Arizona for years before deciding to buy a place of their own, a place in the sun.
They had been given the name of a local Phoenix realtor who never returned their calls. In busy real estate markets this is a common problem and a major frustration.
Then they called Shawn O. Reilly of Snowbird Realty who met with them in their own home in Minnesota. He helped them find a home in the Phoenix area. After considerable research and preliminary searching, the Wagners narrowed their area down to North Scottsdale. Shawn traveled to Scottsdale, previewed homes and sent digital photos to them.
A week later, Shawn met the Wagners in Scottsdale and toured several of the homes that matched their criteria, which he had previously previewed for them. The Wagners are now homeowners in the North Scottsdale area of Greyhawk.
When Don and Julie Bengston sold their property on Pelican Lake near Ashby, Minnesota, their next stop was Mesa, Arizona! Doug and Shawn traveled with the Bengstons to Arizona and toured several homes in the Las Sendas community. Las Sendas is beautiful master planned gated community in the foothills outside of Phoenix offering great views of the city lights at night. Community pools, tennis courts, walking paths, fitness center and an award winning golf course are highlights of this area. The Bengstons are enjoying their place in the Arizona Sun!
